The Ukrainian exhibition generates considerable excitement at Venice Biennale
Around 500 people visited DJ-party on the occasion of the Ukrainian pavilion opening in Palazzo Papodopoli at the 52nd Venice Biennale. Total number of those who wanted to join the event late at night on June 7, was trice as much – about 1500 people. Such a rush of visitors during presentation day is usually considered to be real success at Venice Biennale. As a rule, before Biennale's official opening, exhibitions are visited by up to 200 people.
PichukArtCentre exhibition titled "A Poem about an Inland Sea" was visited by a number of contemporary art experts, curators, and collectors. Among the VIP-guests, there were a world-known singer, Bjork, composer and singer, Elton John and WBO Heavyweight Champion, Vitaliy Klitchko.
